The STS-Get Hammerd Jam details are now
available.
Anyone who has glanced at the website in the past are by now familiar with our
boys from the band Hammerd.
Long story short, Kim grew up with a few of the band members in the little town of
Dryden. Years later when the band organized, they contacted Baker Designs for
some print work. One thing led to another and next thing you know, there is a jam
scheduled at the Hammerd compound in Groton, NY.
Bob Eckert (drummer) graciously donated his 140 acre farm to host a bmx dirt jam.
Riding starts as early as noon with the band to play later that evening.
For those still unfamiliar with Hammerd, they are a three man classic metal cover
band. Quite often they are guilty of starting small riots during their gigs. You may
want to check them out before the September 27th date. Their MySpace page has
all their scheduled play dates. Check www.myspace.com/hammerdrocks.
No one is going to want to miss this end of summer bike/rock fest.
